Interview
The interview process was pretty straight forward. The scheduling/process itself was easy. Initial meeting with recruiter was scheduled over Calend.ly and the rest of the interviews were determined around mine and the interviewers availability. Interviews were done via Google Meets and were completed within 1 week.

Why are you looking to leave your current company?
I made it through a couple rounds of interviews, but I felt unclear what they were assessing and specifically looking for. Kind of generic questions. Didn't get much feedback throughout process. Felt a bit like they didn't feel enthused at the outset of interview and unfortunately didn't move forward.

Interview
Everything was communicated well and recruiter was awesome until after first round interview communication stopped completely. After reaching out to recruiter there was no answer. This was strange especially because there was total of 9 candidates and recruiter was saying they eill reach out to everyone.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Oura (Oulu) in Oct 2024
Interview
1st interview, HR contacted & intro +interview.
2nd interview, technical team (3 persons) interviewed
3rd interview, C-level executive
After this I just waited for decision and finally was offered the position
