Pre-screening interview is with HR, next will be technical interview with live coding. Not yet done, still waiting for the schedule for the next interview, which is the live coding.

The hiring process was slow, with updates on application progress typically taking around a week, and interviews scheduled two weeks after the previous step. This can lead to a lengthy overall process that takes around one and a half months. Also note that some applicants also experienced uncertainty during the process, as there were instances of rescheduling or candidates no longer being under consideration without clear communication from Oracle. With that said, I had positive and professional interactions with the team, and the interview questions were directly relevant to the role.
