Interview
Previous manager invited me in for a role in his group so I probably did not have to prove myself as if no one knew me. Met 2 people on my first day including my previuos manager and 2 about a week later.
A job offer came about a week and a half later. I tuned down the job because a start up offer came up with plenty of options.

Asked to provide an Achitectural layout for an n-tier system currently on the market.
Extensive interview process with multiple rounds and people. Presentation along with panel and individual interviews. Be prepared for multiple types of questions and have plenty of questions prepared. Very big on Ai and leveraging it in different industries

2 recruiter calls, 1 panel and an in person presentation with feedback from the group. Challenging process overall. It was never fully clear from start to end if it was going well.
Oracle Asked good questions & made expectations clear in the call. It was a good position & one that would challenge me for sure as my first job after undergrad. but Unfortunately that role did not give visa sponsorship .
