The 1st phone interview with the recruiter was great. She called me more than 10 minutes late but it was ok & the whole interview was only less than 10 minutes long, not 30 minutes. Then, she scheduled me to have 2nd phone interview with the hiring manager. The phone interview was horrible even though I think the interview questions were pretty easy & straight forward. Again, the interview was less then 10 minutes. I don't think the hiring manager had read my resume either because she knows nothing about my background at all, which I think she's very unprepared, unprofessional, & a bit rude. In addition, what I think the hiring manager is looking for was not mentioned on the job requirement or desire skills & experience. I would say this was the worst & unprofessional job interview I've ever had so far.
