The process is formal but not drawn out. I had one interview, but it went really well. You should expect 2 interviews typically. In general you should expect Oncor Managers to use situational based interview techniques, although some of them are less formal and ask about experience in previous positions and then how it can relate to the required skills for the position you are interviewing for.
