I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Okta (Toronto, ON) in Feb 2020
Interview
I was given a coding assessment to do with up to 4 hours to do it. I was emailed to have an interview over a week later. I spoke to the interviewer about my past projects for about 3-5 minutes. Then I attempted two coding questions.

Question 1
You are given two non-empty linked lists representing two non-negative integers. The digits are stored in reverse order and each of their nodes contain a single digit. Add the two numbers and return it as a linked list.
You may assume the two numbers do not contain any leading zero, except the number 0 itself.
First round was a conding round with easy to medium questions.we need solve in 70 min.then shortlisted people need to go for in person interview in vellore . Then there would be 2-3 technical interviews and one managerial interview.
I didn’t pass the OA, so I didn’t get an interview. The OA had two questions, categorized as easy and medium, but there were no test cases, so I had to dry run them myself. I only realized last night that I had made a mistake.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Okta (San Francisco, CA) in Oct 2023
Interview
Not including the OA, I had three rounds with 4 interviewers. First round was a basic phone screen. Second round was a technical. Third Round was two parts, first a technical, then a talk with the hiring manager. Process took about 2 weeks and recruiters were very helpful and responsive.
