The interview process was positive, which is why I was so surprised at how the job itself ended up being. It was only about 30 minutes and they said I was overqualified, but they seemed sold on hiring me pretty much right away. One of my references called and said that the manager ended the interview saying that she didn't need any more information and that she was ready to hire me.
