The process was smooth and fast-paced, very much in line with Octopus’ culture. It consisted of four steps: 1) A 30-minute initial interview with HR, 2) A 30-minute interview with the hiring manager,3)A 30-minute conversation with a senior leadership team (SLT) member, 4)A final 15-minute wrap-up with the hiring manager
The overall experience felt efficient, friendly, and well-structured.
