The process was long, but this is not a bad thing. They were looking for the right fit employee. Application online first, then a very long 100+ question survey was completed for mostly clinical preferences. I had no clinical work experience prior to this. Interview with Dept Director, then interviewed with hospital leadership. I also interviewed with the HR dept staff in a panel style interview. Finally interviewed with AVP of HR.
