They rescheduled multiple times and one of those times was literally less than an hour notice on the day the interview was supposed to happen. I put in so much effort into a whole presentation that was very well received and spent so many hours preparing for their lengthy interview process only for them to fully ghost me at the end. If they had at least just sent me a rejection or a quick email saying they changed their mind, I would’ve understood and thanked them for their time. They got my hopes up and just fully ignored me, which shows how little respect they have for you and your time. It’s so unfortunate because I was initially really excited to interview with them and even considered them somewhat of a dream company for myself, and after their whole process I definitely lost respect for them.
