The interview process is a panel process, and involves multiple interview rounds.

Interview
I applied through an employee referral and the process took two months. It was a four stage interview process, which all occurred either by phone interview or video conference:
-30 minute HR phone interview
-30 minute hiring manager phone interview
-3 day design challenge (a great way for applicants to showcase their abilities)
-Full day panel interview with what would effectively be your team (pre-pandemic, this would've been the onsite interview/facility tour)
