I applied through university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Northwestern University (Chicago, IL) in Sep 2016
Interview
I had a very positive interview experience with Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine for a communications coordinator position. I applied online and had a phone interview about two weeks after applying. My phone interview was with a wonderful/ cheerful HR person, we talked about my skills and why I was interested in the role.
Two weeks after my phone interview I had the in-person interview and met with about five people for 30 minutes each. Every person was friendly and seemed really interested in my skills. I also took a 15-minute proofreading test.
I was told that I would be notified in two weeks about a decision but I didn't get a notification until almost two months later. The process was very positive and one of the best interview experience while doing my job search.

Interview
Easy and straight. It wasn’t long too. About an hour or so it was very informative. Also, could have been shorter if anything 579323f45f2549001a9075b98fe3438f This is a reminder your appointment for Video Interview is on Thursday, October 27, 2022 3:00pm ACCEPT CALENDAR INVITE TO CONFIRM INTERVIEW: Once

I received an email about a week after submitting the application. The Skype interview was two days later. I was told they would make their decision in 2-3 weeks, but never heard from them again.
