I was referred to NGC by an employee. My interview was on-site for the Interview Superday. The interview was 30 minutes long and there was only one interviewer. It was very laid-back.

Mostly conversational interview process with strong emphasis on personality screening. This was conducted over a couple of phone calls, one with HR and one with an engineering manager. There was no technical interview whatsoever

Was asked if I was comfortable working in defense.
Initial recruiter call, then 4-5 person panel interview for 1 hour. The panelist was primarily behavioral and asked for experience with CS and leadership. Recruiter call was just verifying school information.
