I applied in-person. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at NorthStar Anesthesia (Fort Worth, TX) in Oct 2015
Interview
Significant time with all the team members during the hospital visit. All employees seemed happy and willing to answer questions. Dinner with the key leaders and spouses helped see vision for the entire company.

I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at NorthStar Anesthesia (Owensboro, KY) in Nov 2014
Interview
Overall N/A. I was hired through contract acquisition. They had a 'scouting report' on all the previous employees, and they knew my background and performance prior to us meeting. Very pleasant though.

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at NorthStar Anesthesia (Irving, TX)
Interview
They have a good process established for interviewing and definitely don't waste your time (or their time). Unfortunately, it made it feel mechanical and borderline rushed. I would recommend working on a more personalized approach to the interview process - this will help the interviewee feel more engaged in the process and less like "just another person they have to talk to".
