Overall, the interview process was smooth, efficient, and thoughtfully structured. Everyone involved was highly responsive and accommodating when it came to scheduling. The process included multiple rounds with key team members including the Head of Talent, Hiring Manager, General Manager, VP of Operations, and the CEO. This level of involvement demonstrated how deeply invested the team is in the company’s success and highlighted a strong culture where every role is valued, and no task or position is considered too small.
