I had two interviews and went in a third time. First time I went in and asnered questions and spoke about my teaching experience. I brought in my references and my resume. And it helps to bring in your complete portfolio too. I was able to go into my expereince by showing examples from my portfolio.

Three step process: 1. Initial interview -VP asked me questions about myself and my experience/credentials. 2. Mini lesson -Taught a mini lesson on a subject of my choice. Three interviewers present. 3. Review of contract and signing.
- Questions were pretty informal, but the mini lesson presented an awkward situation, as interviews were not so willing to engage in the lesson and answer questions they were asked. I was a little unprepared for a silent audience and so little feedback.
