Ghosted after going through the phone screen and interview. I sent a thank you email the following day after the interview, I thought it went well but never heard back either way, instead sent another recruiting message on LinkedIn (cold from a new person) for an entirely different department as if I hadn’t gone through the process on the first role.

Why do you think you deserve the courtesy of a decision and notification?
Terribly rude, offensive, disgusting hiring managers. They think they are better than everyone else, will give you the fakest smile, and will waste your time. On top of all of that, Newell is doing constant layoffs, so no stability

Interview
The interview process was simple. There was an initial screening call with the recruiter, then moved on to speaking with the hiring manager, HRBP, and two other individuals. It took about a month to get through all the interviews. Everyone was so nice and enthusiatic. I have to say byfar, the best interviewing experience. Kelly - HR Recruiter was very lovely to work with. She answered any questions I had and maintained great communication with me.
