I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at New Millennium Building Systems in May 2025
Interview
I wouldn't recommend applying to this company, and especially working with Woven.
After applying on LinkedIn, I received a link from a platform called "Woven" to pass the technical screening. I succeeded, and they asked me to apply at the New Millennium candidate portal, which I did.
A month later, I got a generic follow-up that my candidacy was rejected.
I'm not sure what their hiring process is, and why would they frontload technical assignments and then reject you, despite Woven's assurances (who introduced themselves as "New Millennium Building Systems Team") that we're moving on to the next stage. Perhaps my lack of degree hindered the hiring effort, but they should not have made me spend 2 hours completing their assignment in such a case.
Also, they should not have left some praising comments on my assignment, instilling a misleading sense of progression.

Interview
Very thorough and intensive! I have never been through a more rigorous testing and interview process - it was over 4 hours in person. I didn't mind because it said that they care about who they hire.
