It is an online interview which lasts for around 15 minutes. There are around 5 questions. There is no interviewer and the whole process is recorded by the machine. It takes around five days to get feedback.
The interview consisted of safety related questions and behavioural questions asking for examples of where I have demonstrated the Network Rail behaviours. They send out guidance on how to structure you answers with the interview invite, it was really helpful to use this.
