I personally think they expect a lot for an entry-level role. I did a screening interview with HR, a virtual assessment, created a presentation in my own time to present in the second interview and completed a second assessment which was 2 hours long. I don't understand why a presentation was necessary. In my opinion, there is a lot of steps in the recruitment process for what I personally believe is not that difficult of a role based on my experience in the 2 hour assessment. Interview was okay. One interviewer did not seem happy to be there, but I chalked that down to being tired or wanting to be a serious interviewer. Overall, the experience was decent. Very communicative, friendly and a fast process but I wouldn't apply again. Way too many rounds and high expectations for a low paid, entry-level job.

The whole process felt very amateurish, especially the face-to-face interview. It started with a telephone interview, then an in-person interview, and lastly a 3-hour task later the same day. My interviewers felt very inexperienced and looked like they didn't want to be there, showed no enthusiasm, or follow-up questions to my interview/presentation. I left feeling quite deflated like all the effort had been made on my side only. I interviewed in the early morning, and then was expected to complete an exhaustive assessment in the late afternoon, well past business hours. The day ranged from 11am-7pm by the time I had finished both the interview and task, the person who set us the task had already clocked off by the time I submitted it. I did not even receive a confirmation the submitted task was received until the next day, bearing in mind a late submission is in instant fail. I didn't receive the job and for my efforts I did not even receive a phone call. I was met with a simple templated email after a week of waiting. The entire process ultimately left the impression they didn't have any regard for the time or effort I put into the lengthy process, and therefore I wouldn't apply back to this company. The process in it's entirety took about a month from application submission.
