Our three-stage interview process enables us to ensure that we hire candidates with the necessary skill set who also align well with our company culture and values. It also gives candidates a great opportunity to get a strong sense of the company, the role they are applying for, and to meet several friendly team members along the way.
We are frequently praised for our thorough and interesting interview process, involving a face-to-face interview lasting no more than 45 minutes in the morning, followed by a 3-hour assessment in the afternoon that candidates can complete remotely with flexibility. Candidates are kept informed of our decision-making timescale and we will always provide constructive feedback promptly upon request.
