Interview
Candidate or job applicant filled out online application with all information filled in on their career website. Next complete an e-test submission from HR contact. If candidate passes, an email will be sent to prospective applicant to complete an e-personality test administered by a third party vendor. If applicant passes the e-test then HR schedules appointment to interview. If applicant did not pass the e-test, then the application is rejected. Then met with HR and interviewed with department manager.
This was a virtual interview with recruiter. The next step would have been with a local sales manager but our schedules did not align so I did not continue the process.

Can you tell us about your experience satisfying customers?
Simple and straightforward, questions about my experience, why I want to work there, etc. Then, more specific questions about my sales background. There were no trick questions really. It was just straight to the point.
I had a virtual interview with a recruiter after applying and invited to online hiring fair. Discussed background, asked about commitment and availability as well as applicable skills and background. Was looking for a seasonal position, and none were available yet.
