The process was relaxed, I prepared quite extensively beforehand so I felt ready for the interview questions, recommend researching Q's before interview. There is a lot of interview prep material on youtube or forum sites it helps to pre write and rehearse answer's to commonly asked interview questions as part of your preparation.

Applied online and then went to the office and interviewed inside. It seemed to be a standard process to get the interview and appointment. I would arrive early to get parking and have time.
