You can expect to be ghosted after interviewing with them. I was given a task/assignment and was told they would be in contact, and did not even have the respect to reject me - they simply ignored me. Not really very equitable.

Interview
I had a 15-minute interview with two people and then was asked to complete a two-part assignment in which I had a long weekend to do so. I confirmed that they received the assignment and was told that I would hear back from them by the end of the week. I didn't hear back and reached back out and didn't receive any feedback or information from them after that.
