There was a test and 2 interviews. The most difficult part of the test was Airtable, but the hiring managers were understanding that I had no experience with Airtable. Overall a long process but I understand the need for it.

Question 1
What are your strengths and weaknesses? Is the social aspect at work important for you?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Nathan James in Jun 2022
Interview
This was the best interview process I've had. I received an email presenting the role and the request for an interview and a completed work sample. The work sample included questions related to the role. The company paid $100 via Paypal for the completed work sample, regardless of whether an offer was made or not.
The whole process consisted of three interviews, all done online. The first interview was with HR, the second with the role's direct manager and the third with the CEO.
All were under an hour long, and were more casual than formal. The whole process took about two weeks.
Overall, again one of the best interview experiences I've had. All direction and expectations were clearly spelled out.
