Recruiter called to gauge interest and expectations. Phone screening with the hiring manager after that. Few technical conversations. On site interview panel with three. Mostly behavioral questions. Looked like they were looking for a good fit.

1 ON 1, Just asked about my past experience, job expectations how good I was as a designer, I brought a portfolio, got hired on the spot. Learned of the job through a former employer We had a brie phone interview first and then a in person interview, work, after I got hired training wasn't hard, but it was a short work duration
