I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at NIKE (Glasgow, Scotland) in Mar 2021
Interview
The first stage was a group interview with c.10 other people. We were brought into a room to complete a number of 'game' like tasks as groups and sit through a presentation on working at Nike.
I was then invited back for a second interview, individually. This took place with the head of department to ask me about my personal experience and interests in the role. Part of this conversation was also to demonstrate that I'd done some research on the brand (knowing differentt silo's etc)
Online with easy questions. Two attempts per question it was super simple. You take a video answering the questions. Very customer service based questions. Took a while to hear back but after the online interviews there are no further interviews.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at NIKE (Miami, FL) in Apr 2026
Interview
Applied online, took a test only about 30 min long, got an online video interview, and the interview is recorded at home its really simple and straight forward questions. Surprisingly don't ask many questions about nike and shoes despite why you'd be a good fit for the company and currently waiting to hear back. (will update upon the response).
Fast and efficient. Did not have to wait long. Interview questions are as expected. Questions asked are more towards competency and scenario based ones.
Basically met Store Leader of the shop over video call for the interview process
