The first stage was a group interview with c.10 other people. We were brought into a room to complete a number of 'game' like tasks as groups and sit through a presentation on working at Nike. I was then invited back for a second interview, individually. This took place with the head of department to ask me about my personal experience and interests in the role. Part of this conversation was also to demonstrate that I'd done some research on the brand (knowing differentt silo's etc)
