phrase. The pros and cons of something are its advantages and disadvantages, which you consider carefully so that you can make a sensible decision. They sat for hours debating the pros and cons of setting up their own firm. Motherhood has both its pros and cons.
Questions were given beforehand which I found extremely useful. Ample time to prepare for interview given. Situational and behavioural based questions to be answered with the star approach. Three person panel who were friendly.

Interview
The interview was easy, 8 questions in total. There were two panel members. Overall a good experience with the interview but, they promised they would let everyone know by Monday about the outcome (Interview was conducted on Friday). They did not contact on Monday so I emailed on Tuesday asking about it, they responded saying that it was taking longer due to the Bank Holiday but they would notify me asap. It is 3 weeks later, and I haven't heard from them yet!
