Interview
Applied through online recruiter, got an email. Went to the company for the interview. Was given three sets of test papers. IQ, General Engineering Test, Essay. IQ was moderate, able to finish on time. General engineering consists of simple physics questions eg load, friction, pneumatics, hydraulics. Pretty easy. Two questions were given in essay, had to pick one. Finished on time.
Face to face interview was a breeze. The questions were pretty standard eg describe your weaknesses, your strengths etc.
