It was only with the in- house recruiter. Next step was to speak with the hiring manager. Said they will reach out again in a couple of days after discussing internally. no response even after follow ups.

Made it through several rounds (4 total), including hiring manager and peer introductions, before never hearing from the team again.
Was advised to reschedule a final sync to discuss feedback internally with hiring manager then never heard back despite follow up messages to recruiter.
Have seen other reviews online of Motive having fake job hirings/fake job openings to pump up growth numbers. Based on my experience this seems true.
