Interview
Phone interview followed by skype interview. Few technical regading the technologies you have worked upon with some behavioral rounds. First Phone interview was quite easy as discussion about what you projects mentioned in resume and how you did it. Be prepared for some java concepts if you have mentioned in resume. Database question (basic queries and join operations ) Behavioral questions were quite easy.

My experience with the HR process was disappointing. After completing the interview, I did not receive any response regarding the outcome, despite following up politely. Timely communication and feedback are essential for candidates to feel valued, and unfortunately, this was lacking. I hope the company considers improving its candidate communication in the future.

Interview
The interview process is setup to be more like what Google does in terms of timing of the process. So they try to keep the time they review your resume to the time they offer you a job to under 2 weeks. They keep the process pretty standard beyond that.
