Interview
I met with the administrative manager through my university. She asked me to come in after an initial phone screen. Phone screen was HR finding out basic information and asked a few behavioral questions. I then came in and met with the manager and a few of the brokers. They asked me straight forward questions like why I want to work there, tell me about yourself, how to handle irate client, etc.
20 minute phone call 1st round, then super day for the second round. Three 20 minute interviews. The interview questions were technical and behavioral. They covered market knowledge and other parts of the finance industry.

The first round is virtual. The interview was interesting and engaging. I actually enjoyed the process. There were math and geometric games afterwards, that were not incredibly difficult. Regarding the interview questions, you were able to practice and record your responses within the time allowed.

I had an initial phone call with the branch manager who was pleasant and direct. He explained the details of the job and the reality of positions available and then directed me to the next step.
