Interview
Started with an initial phone screen with their recruiter. Then had 3 separate interviews with either 1 or 2 people each whom I'd be directly involved with. Most of them were based on the STAR interview model.

The conversations mostly focused on scenarios from my past experiences and how I dealt with each. There was also an emphasis on culture and collaboration.
