Montgomery Housing Partnership interview questions

There was a phone/zoom interview followed by an in-person interview at their Silver Spring office. I interviewed with HR and the hiring manager virtually and then with the development and leadership team in person.

Heads up the "screening interview" may be a full video meeting with multiple staff members and not a "call to discuss your experiences." I left the interview because it felt too bizarre, I felt unprepared because of the recruiter's description, and they didn't seem to have read my resume or want to actually ask details about the details of my experiences and skills (as I have experienced in plenty of other interviews).
