The second interview continues with a deeper evaluation of commitment and includes a sales roleplay, which is a great way to assess fit while helping candidates understand the importance of communication and practice in sales.
The final interview is with an Operations Manager and focuses on experience, willingness to learn, and handling sales objections through additional roleplays. If successful, you move into a two-week training program and begin a career in the fast-growing solar industry with a leading company, Momentum Solar.
