Four interviews one via zoom three in person be confident and able to explain the process of how you got there and how you were able to execute. They are very receptive and great at what they do.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Mitsubishi (Jacksonville, FL) in Feb 2018
Interview
The interview process felt unprofessional, and one of my interviewers never introduced his name to me. Two of the interviewers were very interested in where I was from, even though I'm from (born and raised) in the USA. They kept asking where I was from, where I live currently, basically all but "why did you come here?" and reminded me of high school LOL, HONESTLY. I didn't even realize I was being interviewed until the third person - who was a very friendly and the most professional of them - I just thought they were trying to get to know me. I was told to ask for a specific individual, and when I did I was greeted by him, then never saw him again. I wasn't unnerved, but I was put-off by just how overly-important where I am from became, when they didn't once point out the importance of this in the interview. They also had me fill out an application (which I'm used to) even though I applied online, but didn't seem to try to pull up my information I had already entered, which most - even mediocre - job offers have done, in the past. It's also full commission based.
