I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Miro in Jun 2021
Interview
Process is simple. First, call with the recruiter. He setup a call with hiring manager. Later they gave take-home case study.
But don't expect a quick response, for each interview and response I waited min 2 weeks. On take-home case study they asked to record a video and after 2 weeks they rejected saying communication issues. If my communication isn't at an expectable level then why haven't caught it in the first interview with the hiring manager? I felt I wasted my time working on a case study for a week.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Miro (Amsterdam) in Jun 2025
Interview
I applied to Miro via referral. The interview process included a recruiter screen, hiring manager meeting, a case study, discussions with team and stakeholders, and concluded with a final leadership round.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Miro (Amsterdam)
Interview
Started the process exploring a few roles with the recruiter conversation, moved into hiring manager interview and then a case study with a different team member. The recruiter changed during my process and I received the decision from a new recruiter a few weeks later. They offered to schedule a follow up but never followed through after I took them up on the offer.
