2 rounds, 1 with HR & a current intern, 1 with the VP. The first one would be going through the resume and talking about what you know about this firm. During the 2nd interview, it will take a deeper dive into your resume and the VP would ask about your short-term sector interest and long-term career goal.
Apply through LinkedIn. Phone interview by a team leader, also a student. They would ask some behavioral question (almost all questions are). 30-min interview. Then get back the result in 2-3 days.
