It was very casual and conversational. They ask about past media experience as well as specific campaigns/advertisements that have stood out to you in the past. They tend to conduct a couple of interviews in order to ensure you will be put on the best fit brand.

interview was 30 mins long, 3 rounds with 1 phone interview and 2 video interviews. You apply directly through their website. It might take a while to hear back from them. Once they reach out the process is usually quick .

Interview
Very chill and was asked few standard questions about past experience and job expectations. Process took very long, it was over 1 month of waiting and no response while waiting, but overall people were nice.
