Phone conversation first with a HR, then invitation to face-to-face interview with N+1 manager and another person from sales team. Good exchange and discussion with the manager, a very professional person that gives you a desire to work with. Coming from research background, I had a lot of questions about sales techniques.

It was a very long process. Lots of interviews and flying to interviews required - especially to California where the US headquarters are located. Everyone was nice but it was a tedious process. Be professional, courteous and then sale yourself as if you were a used car salesman and Im sure you will get the job.
