Interview
The process consists of 5 rounds.
The first round was codility test and the phone interview with the recruiter. The recruiter was asking behavioral questions and codility test consisted of three coding tasks.
The other 3 rounds were more focused on technical questions but there were also behavioral questions.
The last interview was behavioral.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Microsoft (Herzliya) in Oct 2020
Interview
1) hr phone call to set up skype meeting
2) codility test - 3 technical questions in 80 mins (easy to medium level)
3) interview via skype with hr from Microsoft US.

Interview
A recruiter reached out via LinkedIn, set up a phone interview, had phone interview.
Screening was only 30 minutes, personality questions took 15 minutes to answer completely. Then had a coding question where you had to complete a function in a shared notepad. Shared notepad stopped updating midway and had to use an alternative link. Wasted a lot of time on set up which made it hard to complete question.
Coding question was hard to complete in 10 min with no interpreter for testing. Interview was cut off at 30 min sharp.
