Super easy interview with just scheduling questions. I later received an email with a written job offer and I sent my background check. However, they never opened the background check (which I passed) or reached out again. I called and was told the manager was sick but it has been almost two months.

Done over the phone, just a simple phone screening talking with the Store Manager. It was fairly short, only around 15-20 minutes. The manager asked about experience on my resume, as well as my availability.

Easy. I walked in the store to ask if they had any job openings, and the manager interviewed me on the spot, and offered me a job. I submitted an application afterwards.
