The first interview I had was during an in-house career fair. I interviewed with my future Principal and he was great. The interview took less than 10 minutes. He told me what they were looking for, asked me a lot of questions and gave me a chance to talk about myself. It took about 2 months to get a second interview. The second interview was with the Chief. This interview was awkward since it was mostly listening to the Chief ramble about work. I was not ask any questions whether personal or professional. The interview took over 20 minutes. Luckily if you get to interview with the Chief then its a given you will work for the company. From the first interview to the day I was hired, the process took about 5 months.
