I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at MetLife (Warwick, RI) in Aug 2019
Interview
My interview was pleasant and positive experience which included behavioral questions which I prepared for. I highly recommend the company. I haven’t started working yet but I’m very sure it will be a great career opportunity.

Question 1
The standard STAR format behavioral questions were used coupled with pleasant conversation. If you take the time to complete your due diligence on the company and the product line you will be responsible for supporting will boost your confidence and make your interview process go smoothly.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at MetLife (Tulsa, OK)
Interview
Applied online through the MetLife website, got an email about an hour later to schedule a phone interview. Completed the phone interview about two hours after that, and then completed the online assessment which is time consuming. After that I was emailed with a one on one interview date that was three days later. My interview lasted about 30 minutes and was offered a position over the phone the next morning!
I applied online. I interviewed at MetLife (Charlotte, NC) in Aug 2017
Interview
This was the longest interview process I've ever went through. First was a phone interview, then you had to pass a long assessment (took over an hour and a half), then once you pass you speak to the manager on the phone, THEN you meet with another manager in person. This process was a waste of time because I ended up receiving no offer at the end. I feel that you shouldn't take a person through that long of a process if you have no intentions of hiring them.
