On the phone interview mostly behavioral. I was in a program called INROADS that prepped me for two phone interviews and a final face to face interview. In addition, I had the opportunity to talk to my hiring manager.

What is one of your weaknesses and how has it affected you?
They will make you feel comfortable. The process is into different stages and you have to ace all before you can get the job. The only complex part is the oral stage.

Productive, spend more than 1 hour with hiring manager. Discuss a lot on job description and work culture. Good person to talk and transparent. Modern office environment and comfortable place to work.

Easy basic questions. Only downside is that it's like working on commission. Interviewee was nice and professional but in this role they dont give you any leads you have to start from .
