Behavioral and very light - talked about market knowledge and if I had any prior experience working in teams and with CRM Softwares. Had 2 rounds of phone calls and in-person interviews before getting the offer.
Resume screen through employee referral followed by an in-person multi-round interview with several members of the team. Each mostly behavioral based with some basic technicals, specifically on various asset classes and their trends in the current market conditions.

Heard about an opening, applied, then was called in for an interview within two weeks. It was fairly simple — the longest part was going in for a background check and fingerprint scanning which took about a week to get the results back.
