Very formal, and straight to the point. I first met with the manager of the store, followed by the assistant manager. Both had similar questions, and used some of the more "generic" interview questions. All in all, both were very friendly, and did not ask anything was too irrelevant. They were also prompt with their decision to hire me as I got a call the next day with an offer for the job.
