Interviewed with upper management and physicians. It was a protracted process over a couple of weeks. If you passed the upper management interview then you would interview with the physicians. If the physicians liked you, then you would most likely get a job offer.

Simple, quick, and practical questions. I arrived early, but wasn't interviewed until 20 minutes after allotted time. I could tell that I would probably not get the job in the first few minutes.
