The interview process consists of three stages, the first, a video interview, if successful you are then invited to the second stage, the group interviews, consisting of yourself, roughly a half-dozen current employees ranging from Sales/Recruitment Manager to UK/I Director with roughly 7 or 8 other interviewees, and if successful again, you are invited to the final stage, an individual interview with a panel consisting of all the employees present during the group interviews.
I applied online. I interviewed at Meltwater (London, England) in Oct 2022
Interview
1st Stage - 20 minute phone call discussing motivations and why Meltwater 2nd Stage - Meet and greet event where they have presentations and you are meant to 'get to know them' 3rd and final - Group interview and final interview (didnt get to this stage) The company seemed quite good, everyone was nice, the office was spacious. When I attended there was about 20 other candidates, and you are meant to mingle and talk to everyone. I assume they assessed you on how much of a presence you can bring. They love to talk about culture, and everyone seems to be overly positive and cheery, which was good, but it was so painful to see other candidates putting on a fake persona to try and impress them and ask questions for the sake of it, wasnt really my style but it was fun overall,
First step of interview process, a very casual phone call. Lasted about 15 minutes. Interviewer was very friendly and chatty; she asked about my background and then spoke about the role and described the next stages of the interview process, inviting me to the next stage.
