I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter within a couple days. There were 3 interviews total. From start to finish the process took less than 3 weeks.
The first 2 interviews were phone interviews, first with the recruiter and then with the managing director. Both were typical phone interviews.
I was invited back for a 3rd interview on site. This was a group interview that consisted of 4 other candidates and lasted about 3 hours. Mainly this was to observe your people skills and how well you do with others. We did a couple of group activities and then you were asked to give a brief introduction of yourself.
Afterwards, everyone was dismissed and were told we would receive a call within the hour if chosen to move forward to the final interview that same day.
The final interview was a panel interview that lasted an hour. There were several role plays to see how you handle situations. They're observing personality and how you present yourself over experience. This part of the interview is to see if you're a good culture fit.
Overall I didn't feel it was difficult process. If you're honest and can easily walk through your experience and background, you'll do fine.

Question 1
who is someone that knows you best and what would they say is your biggest weakness?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Meltwater (Hong Kong) in Aug 2024
Interview
I applied on Linkedin on mid July and notification on 7 Aug. The HR was difficult to reach and it took nearly 2 weeks for scheduling an interview. I dropped them an email and received reply 2 days/ 3 days after. However, they scheduled a phone interview and moved to next step - with hiring manager. They just called me 2 hours in advance for called off the interview with hiring manager and informed me she had another appointment. Anyway, very disrespectful and no follow up about the reschedule of the interview.
After few times chasing, they finally told me that they want to move another candidate to next step. I believe your company should review the recruitment process to avoid such uncomfortable experience.
