The process was okay. They asked the standard questions that is asked in most interviews. The lady that interviewed me was very moved and let me take my time with each question.

Interview
My first part of the three step interview process was a phone interview. I thought it went well and my interviewer Rick was very professional the whole time. After that I was scheduled for part two the next day at the store were I was interviewed by another manager, after that interview I was for the third time by a third manager. It was a great process and I think I did well as I was prepared for most of their questions.

They asked me to describe how I helped someone that was in need.
The interview took place within one day and was relatively easy. There weren't many surprise questions and they mainly just asked me to clarify things that they saw on my resume already.

I went to the website and filled out the application and then waited for them to respond, and I eventually got a text asking to set up a phone interview. It was a quick phone interview that lasted about 15 mins, but they don't respond very quickly after the interview.
